Closure of FATCA and CRS reporting portal until 2 October 2023

The government of Jersey on 21 August 2023, released an email circular announcing the closure of its automatic exchange of financial information (AEOI) portal for FATCA and common reporting standard (CRS) reporting purposes until 2 October 2023.

During this interval, the submitted reports for 2022 will be extracted, compiled, and transmitted to the respective participating jurisdictions. However, the portal will remain open for other functions and country-by-country reporting. Financial Institutions will receive a confirmation email once the portal reopens for FATCA and CRS reporting.
